HEMIODERM Brand

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of products marketed by HEMIODERM brand, via the official website.

Any validated order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

2. Products

The products offered are cosmetic and skin care products formulated using biotechnological and plant-based ingredients.

They comply with applicable regulations. Customers are advised to carefully read the instructions and recommendations provided on the packaging and to consult a qualified professional in case of doubt.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are expressed in dollars ($), all taxes included (VAT included).
Payments are made online via secure payment methods. No order will be shipped before full payment has been received and validated.

4. Delivery

Orders are prepared within an average timeframe of 72 business hours.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier and are provided for informational purposes only. HEMIODERM cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties (carriers, customs, or external events).

Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number is provided to the customer, allowing them to monitor the delivery of their parcel. From the moment the package is handed over to the carrier, HEMIODERM cannot be held liable for loss, theft, delays, or delivery errors attributable to the carrier.

If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled and delivered to the address provided at checkout. No delivery-related claims will be accepted if the carrier confirms successful delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

The customer has a legal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

No withdrawal will be accepted for any product that has been opened, used, or unsealed, in accordance with hygiene and cosmetic safety regulations.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and products must be returned in their original condition, unopened. A refund will be issued after inspection of the returned items.

6. “Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back” – 60 Days (Bundles Only)

Refunds apply only to unused products. Any request that does not strictly comply with the conditions below will be rejected.

The 60-day satisfaction guarantee applies exclusively to HEMIODERM bundle (pack) orders placed via the official website [hemioderm.com].

It does not apply to single-item purchases or individually opened products.

To request a refund, the Customer must:

  • Submit a written request via the contact form

  • Provide valid proof of purchase (order number, payment confirmation)

  • Return all products received, including empty and unused containers, in their original packaging, intact, undamaged, and perfectly clean

  • Provide proof of compliant and regular use of the product (dated photos, signed usage log, etc.)

  • Include a sworn statement confirming that the product was used in accordance with the instructions provided on the packaging

Failure to meet any of these conditions will automatically render the refund request null and void.

Return shipping, processing, and logistical handling fees remain entirely at the Customer’s expense.

After receiving and inspecting the returned products, HEMIODERM reserves the right to approve or refuse the refund request at its sole discretion.

In the event of behavior deemed abusive or fraudulent (multiple claims, misuse), HEMIODERM reserves the right to refuse any refund request.

7. Liability

HEMIODERM products are cosmetic products and are not medicines.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Results may vary from one individual to another. HEMIODERM cannot be held responsible for subjective expectations or perceived results.

8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the HEMIODERM website (texts, images, visuals, trademarks, logo, structure) are the exclusive property of :
